Associate in Education, Andrew College B.S in Psychology and Education, Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA Special Education and Reading Specialist Certification Testing administrator and supervisor with Alpha Omega schools I come from a Multilingual background and can read, write and speak the foreign languages I'm familiar with. I'm currently learning a few others, for my own benefit, as well.
Experience
I have worked in all areas of education incl. special education & ESL classes. I've taught foreign languages in a one on one settings as well as small groups. I began tutoring after full-time teaching, as a way to be flexible and available for my family. I've helped many of my students to improve their tests scores and improve reading ability and comprehension. Completed beginning readers and adult literacy workshops I was a co-organizer for a Professional Women's Workshop Seminar

Hobbies
I enjoy learning about different cultures, walking, reading, swimming, dancing scrap-booking, puzzles, and just having fun with family and friends. I also love playing with my "fur-babies" and making silly videos of them. As for my teaching philosophy, so to speak, I believe that life is an ongoing lesson because learning only ends after we take our last breath! The only person that can stop one from learning is himself. My joy comes from seeing my students grasp the concept they're learning. That's real success.
